The dosing titration schedules for the GLP-1 orally dissolving tablets are as follows:
Semaglutide:
Month 1:
- 0.5mg Semaglutide with 10mg Pyridoxine HCL.
- Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue in the morning 30 minutes before food and drink.
Month 2:
- 0.75mg Semaglutide with 10mg Pyridoxine HCL.
- Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue in the morning 30 minutes before food and drink.
Month 3 and onward:
- 1.0mg Semaglutide with 10mg Pyridoxine HCL.
- Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue in the morning 30 minutes before food and drink.
Tirzepatide:
Month 1:
- 3mg tirzepatide
- Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue in the morning 30 minutes before food and drink
Month 2:
- 4mg tirzepatide
- Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue in the morning 30 minutes before food and drink
Month 3 and onward:
- 5mg tirzepatide
- Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue in the morning 30 minutes before food and drink
